Purification Process ofTransformer oil filtration and dehydration

Contaminated oil is drawn into the vacuum dehydrator oil purification system by high output oil pump. The oil pass through rough filter and heater to optimum temperature for dehydration processing, the hot oil enter to vacuum chamber passing through special designed stainless steel dispersal elements which creates a thin film of oil to enlarge the vapoured surface,with compound evaporation construction, the contaminated oil can meet the final requirment in short time circulation. Vaporized water drawn into the condenser to liquid and drained out automatically.This transformer oil regeneration can also be used as a vacuum pumping set bypass for transformer.
